Real Weeping Leads to Real Reaping!

Thank you for continuing to join us as we fast the noise of the world to feast on the love of Jesus.

We’re seeing signs of revival springing up! One Montgomery middle school has around 20 students faithfully showing up each week, while another is bursting with young hearts eager to give their lives fully to Jesus and become true disciples. At a local high school, one young man is walking through personal struggles with courage and faith—growing stronger and stepping into his identity as a man of God!

On the college campus, momentum is building. Every Tuesday night, 10–20 students gather to seek the Lord. On Wednesdays, 5–10 students meet for Bible study, and on Fridays, another group of 5–10 goes out to share the gospel across campus. Even on Sundays, students are showing up—5 to 10 regularly attending morning services!

In Atlanta, one of our young ladies recently shared a powerful encounter. She had seen an online post where someone had made a bomb threat at our Children’s Hospital—taking a photo and treating the moment casually, even proudly. While the post was disturbing, what stood out was this young lady’s deep grief over it. She couldn’t understand how anyone could celebrate something that caused fear and chaos. Her heart was broken over the darkness.

As she shared more, she opened up about experiencing repeated high-level trauma that affected her memory. In response, we prayed with her. She saw an image of Jesus in her mind's eye—He didn’t say anything, but His presence alone brought a tangible peace. She described how just having Him there in the middle of the traumatic memory brought a sense of calm and safety that she hadn’t felt before.

God is moving through every generation—raising up middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students with a hunger to know Him and make Him known! The harvest is here!

In Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting, Derek Prince highlights over 1,500 calls to fasting and prayer from 1776 to 1820 across America. Cities, states, and national leaders all cried out to God—and history shifted.

We believe it can happen again. But revival doesn’t start on a stage—it starts in secret. In Acts 1, the disciples fasted and prayed together. Then in Acts 2, the fire of God fell. We can’t have Acts 2 power without Acts 1 prayer.

“Return to Me with all your heart, with fasting, weeping, and mourning.” – Joel 2:12
“Those who sow in tears shall reap with songs of joy.” – Psalm 126:5
“Your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” – Matthew 6:18

Real weeping can lead to real reaping!
As we humble ourselves, heaven is listening. Let’s press in for Gen Z and Gen Alpha to be marked by holiness, healing, and harvest. The hour is urgent—but Jesus is near!

United for the Harvest,

Joseph and the Crossroads Team
