Wednesday Fast & Prayer – Stay Strong, Stay Filled
Thanks for showing love and staying committed. As we fast and pray today, here’s the big question: What does a healthy revivalist look like?
It’s someone who stays close to Jesus, stands on the Word, and walks in the Spirit daily (Galatians 5:16).
1. Stay in the Word
Fasting isn’t just giving things up—it’s making space for God.
Jesus said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4).
Take a few minutes today to:
Read a verse (Psalm 119:105)
Listen to Scripture (Romans 10:17)
Let it sink in (Joshua 1:8)
God speaks when we slow down.
2. Stay Filled
The Bible says, “Be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18).
Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you when you wake up, during the day, and before bed.
Staying close to God keeps your heart strong.
3. Stay Real With God
God says, “Return to Me” (Zechariah 1:3).
Repent quick.
Give thanks even quicker (1 Thessalonians 5:16–18).
A grateful heart stays connected.
4. Stay Healthy
Healthy revivalists build healthy habits that protect the mind and spirit:
Walks and fresh air (Psalm 23:2–3)
Creative hobbies that bring peace
Time with friends and family (Proverbs 27:17)
Quiet moments with no noise (Psalm 46:10)
Joy, rest, and laughter (Nehemiah 8:10)
These keep your mind clear and your spirit strong.
We love you, we’re praying for you, and we believe God is doing something real in you.
Blessings in Christ,
