The Gospel & the Cry That Moves Heaven: A Call to Fast and Pray with Bold, Gospel-Powered Persistence!
Thank you for continuing to join the Wednesday fast and prayer! This Saturday will begin a 40-day fast for revival in America (June 28th–August 6th)! The great harvest is NOW (John 4)!
PRAYER ALERT: Middle East at a Crossroads
A message from a Gen Z prayer leader mobilizing across the nations.
We are in a prophetic window for history to shift. After the U.S. and Israel struck key nuclear sites in Iran, we are on the edge of either escalating global war or massive breakthrough in the Middle East.
Now is the time to fast and pray like never before.
Millions of Muslims are praying to take the region for Islam—will the Church rise to contend for the gospel and a generation?
This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to pray for regime change and a gospel awakening across the Middle East.
Prayer Points:
Pray for a regime change in Iran that opens doors for the gospel to flood the nation.
Pray for the salvation and freedom of the Iranian people, long oppressed by a godless regime.
Pray for the peace and protection of Israel during this volatile time.
Pray for the delay and divine disruption of World War-scale conflict.
Pray that this moment becomes a tipping point for revival across the Middle East.
We want to take a moment to say: every prayer you’ve prayed and every dollar you’ve sown into Christ’s Crossroads ministry matters deeply. You are seen and valued—not only by our staff, but most importantly, by Jesus Himself. We are profoundly grateful for your partnership in this gospel mission.
What we’re contending for is costly and almost impossible in human terms—to see a real revival sparked in one school and spread across Atlanta, Montgomery, and beyond. But we believe with all our hearts: Jesus’ blood is worthy of our lives poured out.
As the first Moravian missionaries cried out when they left everything behind to preach Christ to the enslaved:
“May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward of His suffering!”
That cry, first shouted in 1732 as their ship departed for the Caribbean, became a rallying cry for a generation on mission. It is our cry as well.
God is moving through your sacrifice and powerful intercession as gospel seeds continue to be sown!
Multiple reports are confirming it—Gen Z is turning to faith! Church attendance among young people has quadrupled in recent years. For the first time in a long time, a new generation is making the country more religious, not less.
This isn’t just cultural—it’s spiritual. God is drawing Gen Z to His Son! Across the West, there’s a real revival of faith rising.
Praise God—He’s not finished with this generation!

Luke 18:1–8 // The Persistent Widow
Jesus told a story to show that we “ought always to pray and not lose heart” (Luke 18:1). A widow—powerless, unseen, unheard—kept coming to an unjust judge. She had no money, no influence, no legal team. Just one weapon: her relentless cry.
Day after day she returned, refusing to quit. And finally, the judge gave her justice—not because he was righteous, but because her persistence wore him down.
“Will not God bring about justice for His elect, who cry out to Him day and night?” —Luke 18:7
This is the kind of praying Jesus is looking for. Not polished. Not passive. But desperate. Gospel-fueled. Unrelenting.
We don’t cry out to an unjust judge—we cry out to a merciful Father, who gave His Son for us. The gospel tells us we can come boldly, because Jesus already tore the veil and carried our sorrows to the cross.
Jesus ends the parable with this question:
“When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?” —Luke 18:8
Let our answer be YES. Let Him find us praying. Let Him find us fasting. Let Him find us clinging to the gospel with tears in our eyes and fire in our bones!
Thank you for your faithful support. We could not do this without you!
United for the harvest,
Joseph and the Crossroads Team!
