Thank You for Fasting! Let's Continue to Fix Our Eyes on Jesus—The Gospel Is Advancing!

Thank you for continuing to fast and pray with us—the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ is transforming lives and the great harvest is now (John 4)!

At an Atlanta high school, a student leader became a catalyst for revival through passionate leadership and bold faith. Each club meeting opened with prayer and Scripture, creating an atmosphere where students encountered the tangible presence of God. His compassion shone as he ministered to struggling peers, offering heartfelt encouragement that pointed them to Christ.

With courage, he joyfully shared the gospel—distributing flyers in the hallways and inviting classmates to know Jesus. After receiving a prophetic word affirming his calling and warning of spiritual danger, he returned to leadership with deeper humility and renewed fire. His Spirit-led prayers carried weight, stirring students to rededicate their lives to Christ. His life is a testimony that God can use one surrendered student to transform an entire school. The gospel is powerful!

Let’s continue in faithful intercession for the 12-12-12-12 vision at the Atlanta high school—asking the Lord for a mighty outpouring of the gospel and for a consecrated revivalist to rise from this generation to run the Atlanta club. And let’s keep lifting up the five Montgomery clubs, especially the college Bible study, where sparks of revival are beginning to break through!

We invite you to join us in this sacred season of fasting and prayer. In these days, we are fixing our eyes on the supremacy of Jesus Christ—whose glory and love far surpass every desire and distraction this world has to offer.

Eric Gilmour recently shared:

“Every single thing a man wants to emphasize, when it’s put next to this person Jesus Christ—who dropped down out of heaven by the weight of love into the restrictions and frailties of a human body—it pales in comparison.”

This is our starting point: Jesus Christ is supreme. He left heaven out of love, stepped into our world, and gave His life—rising again to never die, now exalted above every king, every throne, and every power. There is no one like Him.

Let us fast and pray together—not merely for needs or outcomes, but to behold Jesus. To see Him by the Holy Spirit. To let His beauty draw our hearts. To echo the words of the apostles, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life” (John 6:68, NASB).

“He is the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood...”
— Revelation 1:5

When we fast, we’re not twisting God’s arm—we are making room. We’re silencing our appetites to awaken our affections. We’re asking the Holy Spirit to open our eyes afresh to the incomparable magnetism of Jesus, who still loves us as He did on the cross—right now—and who still releases captives and draws near to the lowly.

This fast is not a burden. It’s a response to His beauty, a voluntary surrender, like bondservants who have been set free but choose to stay because of love (Exodus 21:5–6). We’re saying: “You are life itself, Lord. Where else would we go?”

Would you take a day—or more—with us this week to fast and pray? To lay aside distractions and join the song of heaven that says:

“Jesus, our only joy be Thou, as Thou our prize will be... Jesus, be our glory now and through eternity.”

As you fast:

· Meditate on Philippians 2:6–11, Hebrews 1:1–4, and Revelation 1:4–6

· Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus afresh

· Pray for others to encounter the love and supremacy of Christ

Let’s fall in love again with the One who holds the words of life!
