As we head into our Wednesday fast, we really feel the Lord calling us to stay locked in—especially with the holidays coming up. This season can pull your mind in a million directions, but we want our focus set on Christ, not the chaos.

The Bible puts it simple:

“Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” — Colossians 3:2 

That’s the heart of a gospel-centered life—choosing Jesus, even when everything around you is loud, messy, or distracting.

And part of staying focused is building a healthy fasted lifestyle, spiritually and practically. That can look like:

• One full day off the internet (yes, for real)
• Cutting back the mindless scrolling
• Making room for worship + the Word
• Picking up healthy hobbies that bring peace
• Choosing rest instead of burnout
• Simple daily obedience

Little choices like these make major space for God to move.

And we’re standing on this promise:

“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8 

Every time you fast… pray… clear the noise… He shows up.
He strengthens you.
He restores you.
He brings revival.
