We want to begin by celebrating a powerful testimony from this week. One of our intercessors recently prayed for someone at his church and they shared that they experienced healing in their heel! The gospel is not just a message we preach; it is the power that transforms us from the inside out.
A Lifestyle Fast for Revival
Paul urges us:
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service."
— Romans 12:1
Our fast is our yes to God:
A gospel-fueled surrender.
A holy offering.
A revival of heart, not just habit.
This is not about rules or religion—this is about the fire of the Holy Spirit purifying our spirit, soul, and body. We are clearing away the ashes so the flame can rise again.
“Do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”

Consecration Until Christ Returns
There is a sanctifying work happening in the people of God right now. It is holy, personal, and supernatural.
Paul declares:
“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
— 1 Thessalonians 5:23
This is Gospel sanctification that touches every part of our being until Christ returns—spirit, soul, and body.
A revival of holiness.
A revival of purity.
A revival of hunger for God.
Healthy Consecration—Not Pharisaical Religion
We are fasting for transformation, not performance. We are fasting to clear away every distraction and awaken our spirit.
This fast also includes healthy habits and holy creativity:

rest
movement
worship
Scripture
prayer
joyful obedience
Consecration doesn’t shrink your life—it restores it.
It enlarges your soul.
It frees your spirit.
It aligns your body with the gospel.
This is revival lifestyle.
