Contending for Revival!
This week we are grateful for the outpouring of the precious Holy Spirit.
Promised once in Joel 2: 28-32
28 “And it shall come to pass afterward
That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.
29 And also on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days.
30 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth:
Blood and fire and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
32 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord
Shall be [l]saved."
And again in John 14
15 “If you love Me, [d]keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another [e]Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you."
Fullfilled in Acts 2
"2 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all [a]with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them [b]divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spiritand began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."
This is what we are contending for:
A MIGHTY MOVE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT UPON ALL OF GEN Z & GEN ALPHA.
~It's by His spirit that all students can be born again.
~It's by His spirit that they can be loved by Jesus, love Him back, and love others.
~It's by His spirit that a fire can be set down in their hearts.
~It's by His spirit that the they can be clothed with power to witness.
We truly believe that the Lord is ready to baptize a generation and we are seeing Him move upon students by drawing them in.
This week we saw a hunger and thirst for righteousness in the hearts of our students. They are experiencing the working of the power of the Holy Spirit in their hearts turning them to righteous habits like prayer, reading the word of God, gathering together with the saints, and impacting their spheres of influnce.
Summer Revival Discipleship Zoom calls:
~ 6 students engaged in focused reading of the word, prayer, and discussion around revival.
~ Students are reading their word throughout the week and coming ready to discuss their thoughts, revelation, and personal struggles.
~ Students were encouraged and taught to engage their hearts in worship and the word without distraction.
~ Students were provoked to live in light of eternity (both heaven & hell)

Pray with us:
~ For a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon all staff, volunteers, revivalists, & students.
~ For fresh fire to be set down in the hearts of all students.
~ For the Spirit of the Lord to captivate hearts and thrust them out into the harvest field.
Additionally continue to pray that all staff, volunteers, & prayer warriors would be filled to overflowing with the spirit of God and we continue to gather and pray into the vision the Lord has entrusted us with:
~gather 120 prayer warriors contending continuously for real revival and a heart of compassion for the lost.
~ raise up & send out 30 self-supporting staff to mobilize weekly & local campus outreach.
~ establish 12 houses of prayer in partnership with local churches to disciple new believers into sustained prayer & revival.
