A Smoldering Wick He Shall Not Extinguish🔥
God is continuing to move powerfully on campus…
and this week we witnessed a tangible outpouring of His Spirit during a morning gathering at a local high school.
Going into this outreach, a prophetic word was shared describing students as “smoldering shocks of wheat”—already aware of God, but needing the breath of the Holy Spirit to ignite them. This stirred deeper faith and prayer among the team, and we saw that expectancy shape the entire morning.
We had a strong team on the ground, including student leaders, volunteers, and staff, all stepping out in faith together.
During the gathering, a message was shared on the life of Peter—highlighting how even after denying Christ, he was restored and became a bold leader in the early Church. Students were challenged with the truth that failure is not the end of their story, and that Jesus restores and calls them forward.
We also centered outreach around John 3:16, clearly presenting the gospel:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
This message is now being carried across campus through intentional outreach.
This Week’s Highlights:
- 3–4 students actively stepped out to distribute gospel flyers across campus
- Approximately 1,500–1,700 flyers were handed out, each carrying the message of John 3:16
- 2 staff members and 2 volunteers helped lead and support the outreach
- The atmosphere was marked by a clear sense of God’s presence moving among students
- A follow-up focus has been set to continue teaching and breaking down the truth of John 3:16 in the coming week
- 7 female students joined the weekly discipleship Zoom for prayer and growth
- Male discipleship gatherings are continuing, creating consistent spaces for young men to be discipled
We are seeing students begin to shift - from awareness of God to becoming seekers of Him, and from seekers to those who will boldly share His Word with others.
Pray With Us:
- That the 1,500+ students who received the gospel would respond with faith and understanding

- That students would grow into bold “seekers and spreaders” of the Word of God
- For continued restoration, identity, and purpose to take root in students’ lives
